SAB is a 12-month consulting programme by AABC for SMEs, which guarantees implementation of policies and processes in their business, leading to revenue growth.

The Scope of Work (SOW) in SAB is more exhaustive where we implement 200 doables in a client’s business with major focus on organizing sales, setting up departments and creating processes to organize the work done in a business. The end result is that a lot of work in the business goes into an autopilot mode.
